Icy Entrance & Car Park

Car park & tiled entrance to Merton Memory Hub is icy & slippery causing a danger to our dementia patients & elderly users. I have contacted Merton Facilities Department and have been told to report this here

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
