Drivers are bypassing the road block at the intersection between Hailsham Road and Seely Road to avoid detection by cameras. Specifically drivers are doing this by mounting the pavement directly outside the gates of properties whilst driving their vehicle (at speed) and rejoining the road after passing out of the range of the cameras. This has caused two near misses on the footpath in the past 48 hours.
