Icy pavement

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1268702-N0G3G3.

January 2nd 1.40pm fell on ice on pavement just by the cafe in picture. A young man picked me up. Was taken to st georges hospitial and confirmed I had a broken wrist. There was no salt or grit on the pavement.
