I understand the necessity for them to charge their electric car but it must be done in safe manner that does not present a trip hazzard. Their charging cable is often sprawled along the pavement coiled in a way that it is easy to trip over or become tangled in if you have a pram or mobility device. Please can they be encouged to use a cable cover as I often have to go into the road with my son in his pram if I am passing this way and they are charging their car
