Markings faint

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1268874-K0D2Z9.

The junction 'stop' markings have now almost disappeared and cars are not always stopping.

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.

  • Still unchanged and worse since being reported in JANUARY 2026. It's almost July and cars, and other vehicles, are speeding over this junction and not even slowing down. You can't even tell where the old markings were and where the bad road surface is.
