Electric car charging cable obstruction + car parking illegally on kerb
Reported in the Obstruction on a Road or Pavement category anonymously at 21:04, Tuesday 13 January 2026
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1269186-S0J6Y0.
Complete disregard of the general public, and people who are visually impaired. Wheelchair users and those pushing prams forced to go into the road to pass by. The cable was also hanging at a height on the day prior and continues to block the pavement daily. It’s especially dangerous in the dark. The issue has been going on at least a week.
