This car was involved in a car accident on Monday 5th January and has been here since. The front of the car is very badly damaged too.

    If it is abandoned, we will give notice to the owner before we remove it. The length of notice depends on the circumstances, and is normally:

    • 7 days for vehicles on the public highway that are not dangerous - this applies to most abandoned vehicles

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
