Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1269304-N0M4F5.
Hi. For the past two weeks on the A298 carriageway heading west/southwest toward Raynes Park High School there has been a loose wobbly manhole cover or some other type of wobbly cover that makes a very audible noise as cars are constantly driving over it day and night. I can’t get close enough to read what it says on the cover as traffic is too busy there. It is almost directly opposite Bushey Court Flats where I live. Approximate coordinates are (51.4070173, -0.2284695) The noise makes it difficult to sleep at night.

No new updates from council/utility company. Noise only getting worse the more heavy vehicles drive over it. Affects quality of sleep and ability to WFH.
