Sent to Merton Council 36 minutes later. Council ref: SRQ-1269434-K6X7S4.
A skip with rubbish has been placed on Bakers End which is a public highway without permission for several weeks. It has taken the rather limited parking space and the waste is an environmental hazard. Please investigate and remove it. Thank you.

The skip with rubbish has been left on the road for more than a month. It occupies part of the pavement and people and kids have to squeeze past it every day. The skip posed a serious public health and environmental hazard to the local residents. It has been reported numerously and the council has taken no action and no update so far. It is utterly disappointing at the slow response and inefficient service from the council.
