Reported via mobile in the Potholes and Surface Problems category anonymously at 11:30, Saturday 17 January 2026
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1269555-C7G1Z5.
Several years ago a water leak was fixed in the road. The ground has since subsided and there is now a large dip in the road and the kerb has collapsed. The road has been patched up so often that ideally it need resurfacing.

Thank you for looking into this so quickly and identifying the areas to be fixed. We have had various patches carried out over the years and inevitably the patches deteriorate. Please can you include the areas not marked on the attached photos so that they can be carried out at the same time as the repairs so we will not need further works carrying out again. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards Ed Belderbos
