The hedge from this property continues into Richmond Road SW20 0PG and is overhanging the pavement on the Richmond Road side. There is a street lamp and a utilities service box, both of which narrow the pavement down at this site. The overhanging vegetation extends from eye level down makng it unsafe for pedestrians.
