This Dog Mess is currently directly outside my Window that I can’t even open my windows to air my Room. It has been there going to two weeks now. A resident in block 14-26 constantly walks her dogs around the building , with the dogs making a big mess in and around the whole compound, while the owner cares less about it tidying up after. Reports have been made in the past regarding this, but it seems to be getting worse. My health and that of everyone in the compound is at stake due to all these mess
