Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1269886-M8N7X0.
Builders on site at 8 Watery have removed and dug up a section of the footpath and have cordoned it off. Blocking access on footpath. Done without consent. This needs to be repaired to original state at the builders expense
