Abandoned van

This abandoned van has been there for more than 2 months, partially blocking private drives. It's on dropped kerb too. No number plate, flat tyres. Looks like owner lives on the same road but has no plans to move it.

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
