Christmas tree

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1270001-M5B9P1.
The Christmas tree was placed out for collection before 6 January, as instructed, but it was never collected.
After the usual collection date, the tree was dislodged and is now lying on the pavement, blocking pedestrian access.
