Rubbish on Tree Branches

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1270003-K3D5N0.

There are some rubbish stuck on the branches of the street tree on Merantun Way right outside to the Abbey Wall. It is too high to be reached.
