No lighting at all

There has not been any street lights on for years, it needs sorting. It is far too dangerous to be walking around or parking with no lights on.

  • Thank you for reporting a problem with a street light.

    A highway officer will inspect the site within 5 working days.
    Minor repairs, such as lanterns not working, doors missing, or lanterns staying on during the day, are usually carried out within 3 to 5 working days.
    If a fault poses a serious safety risk to the public, we will carry out an emergency repair within 4 hours of the inspection.
    If the issue is with the electricity supply, it is the responsibility of UK Power Networks, the distribution network operator for London.
