Tree was not cut back at high level few years now over hanging my property up high also over hangs card so when branches fall die cover peoples cars roots have damage pavements as me and my husband are oap’s and my husband un bad health we can’t cut this tree back that over hangs our house and is quite close to our up stairs window’s the lower part of tree was cut back in summer as block path way needs to be done as as can’t access car’s plus curb all up
