Road surface damaged

Reported via Android in the Potholes and Surface Problems category anonymously at 10:50, Monday 2 February 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1271451-V5X8M7.

There is a deep crack across the road from outside 52 Victoria Rd, towards the garage opposite. Every time a larger vehicle drives over this, it causes the front rooms from 50 to 56 Victoria Rd to shake, the windows rattle and in my bedroom I've had things fall off the dressing table on the front wall. It has been an issue for a few years, but has got noticeably worse in the last 6 months, to the point that if a lorry goes over the crack, the shaking will wake me from sleep.
