Tree overhanging into my back garden.

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1271633-Z0D1J6.

When the tree is in full leaf it blocks out the sun up to 70% it been like this for a few years. It was also reported to Councillor STUART who reported it to you.something needs to be sorted before summer comes round again. I don't want the manner in to take the matter into my own hands.
