Broken, exposed cable from lamp post right outside entrance to Primary School

Since sometime yesterday (02/02/2026) a cable has fallen from the top of a lamp-post situated right outside the entrance pathway to our school, Joseph Hood Primary. It is quite a long cable with exposed wires and the wind is blowing it into puddles. Our Assistant Head of School has today wrapped the cable around the bottom of the lamp post for safety as we do not know what the cable is. Thank you.
