On the pavement, damaged tyre is a massive trip hazard, I fell over it!

Looks like it has damaged back passenger side tyre turning into Haynt walk possible, pretty shredded. It is a trip issue for pedestrians and a problem for prams and mobility vehicles.

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
