Fly tipping

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1271770-D2D2J8.

144 and 160 streatham road are undergoing works and have flytipped their waste including broken abspestos behind 150/152.

They clearly had abspestos on their garage roof when they purchased the property but do they have a certificate of disposal ? it's now in the middle of the through way alley behind the row of houses.
