Abandoned Vehicle

This car has been parked outside 17 Castleton Road for 6 weeks now. It does not belong to any neighbour in the immediate area. Parking is already extremely limited in this street due to a family running a mini cab firm from their home. They have numerous cabs up and down the street in addition to their own vehicles. I have reported this abandoned vehicle for the past 6 weeks but nothing is being done. Please remove or ask the owner to move this vehicle asap!

    • 7 days for vehicles on the public highway that are not dangerous - this applies to most abandoned vehicles

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
