The playground equipment hasn’t been built properly now my 1 year old has been hurt !

Whoever was sent to build this play area clearly wasn’t experienced enough while building a KIDS PLAY AREA which has now resulted in my 1 year old injured from From the swing that was NOT BUILT CORRECTLY i personally think it should be inspected while ur at it add street lights in the park as the area is to scary to walk through may thanks
