Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally report the very poor and dangerous condition of the pavement located directly outside the school on Worcester road SW19 7QQ.
The pavement is severely damaged, with multiple deep holes and uneven surfaces, which pose a serious safety risk. This is particularly concerning given that the area is used daily by children and families. There is a very high risk that a child could trip, fall, and suffer a serious injury.
This situation has remained unresolved for several years, and no repairs have been carried out despite the obvious and increasing danger. The current condition of the pavement is unacceptable, especially in such a sensitive location directly in front of a school.
I respectfully urge Merton Council to inspect this area as a matter of urgency and to carry out the necessary repairs without further delay, before a serious accident occurs.
I would appreciate confirmation that this issue has been logged and information on when remedial action will be taken.
