Insufficient double yellow lines cause road blocks from parked cars

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1272810-K0S9F2.
Double yellow lines at the junction of Mossville Gardens and Leamington Avenue do not extend far enough down Leamington Avenue to the first drop-kerb and cars repeatedly park in the small gap. This causes access problems for delivery vehicle, bin-lorries, mobility buses and could obstruct emergency vehicles. Please extend on the north side of Leamington Avenue towards Ashridge way to the first drop-kerb.
