Broken slabs and destroyed grass verges

Reported in the Damaged Footway category anonymously at 10:14, Saturday 14 February 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1272853-D6R3C0.

The owner of no. 3 Westcroft Gardens is not only breaking pavement slabs but also destroying the grass verges. They have a dropped kerp for one car but are parking daily 3 cars on drive and sometimes a 4th car of verges in front. This is not acceptable. I pay heavy council tax bills and have to walk in the road sometimes due to mud and water on the pavements. Also, dangerous loose slabs which is not acceptable. They should be made to pay for a larger drop down kerb or fined for damage they are doing to our street. Simply not acceptable.
