Two cars on one drive not helping.. Get owner to pay the damage.... The council give parking tickets for perfectly well parked cars with some ridiculous rules but they let people get away with this..... Local councillors will be emailed regarding this

    We’ll inspect it within five working days. Repairs are usually carried out within 28 days following inspection. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection.
