Lime tree is in urgent need of pollarding.

Reported in the Other Street Tree Problem category anonymously at 17:44, Monday 23 February 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1273939-D7R5T3.

Tree on Poplar Road South to the side of 43 Circle Gardens is too big and needs pollarding. This has not been done for about 5 years and when in full leaf the tree causes a problem with parking and for pedestrians, particularly my partially sighted neighbour.

  • Thank you for your report. Our contractor will attend and cut back low branches that may cause problems to parking and your neighbour. Due to high volume of works request, it may take some time to be done.
