Stanton Road - Street light intruding my flat at night

Reported via desktop in the Canopy or Shade Hanging category anonymously at 08:42, Friday 27 February 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1274383-P1X3W9.

The street light L002 opposite my flat, Flat 1, 1 Stanton Road, is extremly bright and the light penetrates through my flat at night which I would classify as light pollution and it is not very conclusive for a restful night's sleep. Would it be possible to dim the light, it is a lot brighter than the other street lights in the road. I look foward to hearing from you.
