2 houses on Fortescue Road that back on to Christchurch Close are having building works done
1) 81 Fortescue Road has an open fence with debris flying out and blocking the pavement. Has been like this for weeks and has even obstructed parking bays. This house has had multiple deliveries causing the pavement to crack
2) 61 Fortescue has had 2 scaffolding lorries all day blocking bays, no permits and obstructing the pavement.

A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
We can take legal action against people who cause obstructions to roads, pavements or footpaths.Did you know…?
