Loose manhole cover

Dangerous and noisy road plate/manhole cover this is causing unacceptable levels of noise every time a vehicle hits it. This Needs to be fixed urgently

    We will inspect it within five working days to determine if the problem is with the cover itself or the road. If the cover is the problem, we will contact the utility company to repair the defect.
    If the road is damaged, repairs are usually carried out within 28 days following inspection.
    If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection.
