Tree roots damaging pavement

Reported via mobile in the Damage Caused By a Street Tree category anonymously at 08:07, Tuesday

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1274797-Q9P8R3.

Between 18-20 Tybenham Road, we have a tree that is not maintained. The growth of the tree over recent years is enormous and often you are unable to walk on the pavement due to the low lying branches. The roots have lifted the paving slabs in the past and an old lady fell. This was then tarmac but now this is lifting. My husband fell last wk. I would ask as a matter of urgency that someone comes and assess the tree and please do knock or arrange an appropriate time.
