Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1274863-R4L9H9.
Outside my house in Seymour Avenue there is a disabled bay the road has not been swept for a considerable amount of time the weeds in the kerb and grass have grown this prevents rain water running down go the drains and is causing problems as I'm a disabled driver I tend to use this bay daily I've reported this problema few times and NOTHING has been done.In the leaflet I've just received from Merton council it says weekly street cleaning well I've not seen this and none of my neighbours have witnessed this so I dont know wher you actually get your information from in about 3 weeks I'll probably get a reply saying that the problem has been fixed which will not be true I'm sorry to say.

Thank you for reporting litter or weeds on a street.
If litter is widespread, we aim to clear it within 24 hours of your report. It may take longer if we need specialist equipment.
Reports of weeds or leaves will help us to plan our seasonal work. Weeds are normally cleared in spring, summer and early autumn. Leaves are only cleared once they have broken down.Did you know…?
Our street cleaning teams remove over 130 tonnes of litter and dumped waste each month
