There used to be bin there and i feel people are being disgusting and doing this to indirectly ask for the bin back. Please can the Council clean up and ideally provide a bin within this vicinity or further down the road on Westway. Two bins from this area have disappeared. Or start having people on the street fine these people, though i have never actually seen anyone do it!
