Need woodchip in Mostyn gardens scooter park

The scooter park has been shut due to trip hazards round the path and we need to lay woodchip to make the area safe and allow it to be re-opened. I am a member of Poplar primary PTA, we have a group of parent coming on friday to lay a small amount of woodchip that the school has to try and make the area safe and allow it to be reopened to the public but we do not have enough. Can Merton council please supply us some more woodchip? I understand there is a big pile of it in Mostyn gardens...can we use that?
