Some Vandels/Strong men have been and taken 3 concrete panels out of the boundary fence and put them on the ground to get over the fence. They need putting back in or replacing. They are very heavy. On the Boundary of the Park with private block of flats Holmbury Court 66 Cavendish Road. A safety risk for all concerned.
