Over running road works

The works to put a zebra crossing on Grand Drive were meant to finish on 16th March, yet they are still there 2 days later, with no workmen on site. We did not see workmen for a number of days at the start of the works (week commencing 2nd March) so the works have over run. Please can we have an update when the works will finish.
