We need an electric bay

Outside my drive on DOUGLAS avenue is a charging unit but no bay. Due to this other case park for days at a time which not only restricts access to my drive and white line but doesn’t allow other cars to use the charging unit. If he had a bay, which has been asked numerous times of the council it would stop this
