Copse hill

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1277918-N3P7C3.

Yet again there are four way traffic lights at the junction of Copse Hill and Coombe Lane causing chaos. This is now happening virtually on a weekly basis why can’t the work be done in one go the situation is farcical and causing a real headache for residents and shopkeepers and those of us who use this junction on a regular basis. Is there no one at Merton council who can do their job properly.

  • Thank you for reporting a problem with a road or pavement.

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
