Car is permanently blocking pavement by being parked over it, restricting access for residents and also the way the car is parked means people cannot drive larger vehicles through to the garages as the car is impeding access and blocking the route through.
The vehicle is also being parked over an illegal crossover and the kerb stone is now damaged.
In addition, due to the resident parking on a shared small front garden, they are permanently leaving their bin on the pavement, again impeding access for anyone wanting to use the pavement.
