The driver of a silver van parked up outside our houses briefly this morning and then drive off. My neighbour then noticed the bucket of human 💩 left by the kerb. Unfortunately she didn't have chance to get the registration. The bucket is between 27 and 29 Cambridge Road SW20 0QB
