My 6 year old, as a street champion, wishes to report that a Litter bin has been left to overflow on the corner of Clifton Road and Southside Common.. Pedestrian access is impeded by litter all over pavement. Photos attached. Please fix. Thank you.

    Merton provides and maintains over 1,000 public street litter bins across the borough. We emptied litter bins over 360,000 times in the year 2024/5, and received only 188 reports of bins overflowing. That's less than one report for every 1000 empties.
