Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1279008-R7C3M8.

I had an email saying you have fixed the problem with the planters outside my home, well you haven't, ref 9156088, ive reported this as fly tipping because if I done it you would have me in court, im seriously concerned about you lot, if you can't do a small job like this, what are you going to do when there's a serious issue?
