Tree is causing ongoing internal & external damage to 50 cavendish road for the past 4 years . independent report carried out highlighted Tree as the issue by structural engineer. Also causing a sticky sap to surrounding parked cars in summer. Tree has also grown between and above local telephone lines between nearby telegraph pole and local domestic premises.

Unfortunately, parked vehicles beneath the tree have prevented the work from going ahead due to health and safety requirements.
