Dear Merton Council,

As you can see from the photos that I have uploaded this area and location is a notorious dumping area and the culprits are the people that live in the location which is Robin Hood Lane. I’ve noticed that your camera that you have positioned needs to be adjusted so that you can zoom in because when you show the footage on wall of shame the footage that you’re uploading is not the best footage. I have a 4K camera which is solar powered snd it shows a better illustration than your camera that you’ve put up on the pole .
