Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1282869-H3Q8Y7.
Good morning There is a disabled bay outside 11 Seymour Avenue the grass verge is now a complete mess it was bad before but someone in there wisdom decided it should be dug over and new soil put down along with grass seed, as the soil is new when it rains this whole area now gets muddy and slippery getting in and out of the car is an extremely hazardous experience if the disabled person(s) have a serious accident this will be down to the councils lack of thought in this matter.i will be forwarding this letter to my MP for merton I do hope someone might actually attend to this very important issue Regards
