Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9451197.
Now the Tent has been thrown over the fence into the Fence off Wildlife area with all the contents. But a White Mattress has been dumped further in the Bushes. This has been reported before but the problem has been dumped onver the Fence.
