Dear Merton Council /Home Group,

I hope you are well.

Iam resident in Home Group 57/59 Cedars Av CR41HN

I saw this man again, putting a lot of trash of construction and paint from his blue van into the garbage containers.Yesterday 25/5/2026 also on Friday 22/5/2026 another car did the same both plates it's doing constantly . Fly tipping rubbish in our bin every week.

I report to the council but not update looks like nothing was done now I will report him again the blue van and another grey Van Too.

It's not the first time; he should be fined or reported to the police.

It's absurd.

Please add CCTV in the property asp and put gate only residents can get in to plus Keys for the rubbish and close the side .
